Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website aveqra.com and of our Shopify apps, operated by Antreprenor Independent "Victor Agapie", an independent entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Moldova ("we", "us"). By using the site, or by installing one of our apps, you agree to them.

The website

The content on this site — product pages, documentation, and blog articles — is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties about its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and it does not constitute professional advice. We may change or remove content at any time.

Forms

The contact form is for genuine enquiries. Do not use it to send unlawful, abusive, or automated content. We may decline to respond to, and delete, submissions that abuse it. How we handle the data you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Aveqra name, logo, product names, and the content of this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; do not republish substantial parts of the site without permission.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as the Shopify App Store. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

The apps

Our Shopify apps are distributed through the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify's billing system. Your use of an app is also governed by your agreements with Shopify and by the details shown on the app's App Store listing. Pricing shown on this site is informational — the price at which you subscribe through Shopify is the one that applies.

The section below sets out app-specific terms. When we publish a new app, its terms will be added here.

Aedify

The service. Aedify provides content blocks you can add to your Shopify storefront and manage from the app. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility. You must have a Shopify store in good standing and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity in your store relating to Aedify and for the content you publish through it.

Plans and billing. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices, tiers, and any free-tier limits are shown in the app and on its App Store listing. By selecting a paid plan you authorise the recurring charge until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds follow Shopify's billing rules; uninstalling the app cancels the subscription going forward.

Acceptable use. You agree not to: use Aedify unlawfully; publish content you don't have the rights to or that is misleading (for example, fabricated reviews, ratings, or certifications); attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or use it to infringe others' rights.

Your content. You retain ownership of the content you create with Aedify. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it to operate the app. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content, including any structured data (such as reviews or FAQs) it generates.

Termination. You may stop using Aedify at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. On termination, your store's record is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the site and the apps "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, and our aggregate liability arising from an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or of an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
